Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order does not suit you, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

⏰ Withdrawal Period

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

📧 How to initiate a return?

Send us an email to support@glowfright.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the product is defective or damaged

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

💳 Refund

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used during the order.

⚠️ Special Cases

Items damaged by misuse or products returned after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a defective product upon receipt, we will cover the entire return cost.
