These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the glowfright.com website.

1. Products

The products offered are luminous Halloween decoration items. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in shade or size may occur.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Validation of your order constitutes an electronic signature and payment of all sums due.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or via the methods offered at the time of payment. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are indicative. Consult our delivery policy for more details.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Consult our refund policy.

7. Liability

GlowFright cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of products sold on the site.

8. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
